Identify KRW Part Empty Identify KRW Part

I have a KRW part number V-40. It appears to be a motor mount. There is a flat surface where the block might mount to. Off of the plate there is a large shaft coming out at an angle. The shaft has a thread at the end away from the plate. I do not have a v-8 motor so I don't know if this part mounts up to a v-8 block. Does this number or description sound familiar to anyone? Thanks for any reply. Don/WI
